Presenting our Lotus Elise Cup R
The Lotus Elise Cup R 1.8 (2014) is kept close to the road legal cars. The idea of this class is to allow cost efficient but competitive racing. However the cars need to appear like regular Elise cars but do contain a few modifications that make it a real race car eligiable to race the FIA approved GT Light Challenge.

Most important facts are the roll cage, Fia conform fuel cell (bladder tank), race optimized damper and car allignment, built in fire estinguish system and 6 point belting plus race seat. However the engine, gearbox and aerodynamic is still like the one of road legal Elise Cup models.
